There are many ways in which we can obtain coaching from Heaven.

As Catholics, we are blessed with the Holy Sacraments.
We meet Jesus in the Mass, where we unite ourselves together as a family in Jesus Christ, and where we meet Him in Word, in the Holy Eucharist and in each other.

In the Sacrament of Confession, we can confess our sins, receive guidance, heal from our sins and start all over as new people.

The Sacrament of Confirmation brings an increase and deepening of the baptismal grace, it unites us more firmly to Christ, it increases the gifts of the Holy Spirit in us, and it renders our bond with the Church more perfect, [Cf. LG 11.]. It gives us a special strength of the Holy Spirit to spread and defend the faith by word and action as true witnesses of Christ, to confess the name of Christ boldly, and never to be ashamed of the Cross [Cf. Council Of Florence (1439) DS 1319; LG 11; 12.] .

Through fasting and prayer, we can wake up the gifts of the Holy Spirit that tend to slumber in us. These gifts are "a spirit of wisdom and understanding, a spirit of counsel and strength, a spirit of knowledge and of fear of the Lord".

The key of keeping this ongoing presence of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is prayer and through the reading of the Bible as it is at those occasions that God speaks to us.

Prayers are always answered although we don't know when and how. God can answer our prayers in a way we do not always understand. It is important that we don't loose faith as God can only help us if we believe in him.
